GDPR Information Clause
In connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we hereby inform you that:
- The controller of your personal data is UNIQUE limited liability company, with its registered office in Mińsk Mazowiecki, ul. Warszawska 53, 05-300 Mińsk Mazowiecki, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number: 0000607934, Tax ID (NIP): 8222352962, REGON: 363981100 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”).
- You may contact the Controller regarding any matters related to your personal data via e-mail at: info@unique-meble.pl with the note “Personal Data” or by phone at: +48 25 758 78 11.
- Your personal data is processed for purposes related to the conclusion and performance of contracts, as well as the exercise of the Controller’s rights and obligations.
- The provided data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR, i.e. based on consent granted, a concluded agreement, actions taken prior to entering into an agreement, legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party, in particular for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
- Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to conduct and exchange correspondence with the Controller, no longer than 6 months after the end of such correspondence, unless it results in the conclusion of a contract. In the event of cooperation being established, the data will be processed for the duration of the agreement or until its termination, as well as for the period required by law. In the case of data processed based on consent – until such consent is withdrawn.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Controller, as well as the right to rectify, erase, or restrict processing of such data, the right to object, and the right to data portability.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal provisions.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to establish and exchange correspondence with the Controller and to conclude and perform a contract. This does not apply to the processing of data for commercial and marketing purposes, which takes place solely upon voluntary consent.
- Your personal data is not shared with other entities except for entities providing services necessary for the performance of the contract on behalf of the Controller, such as courier companies, the Polish Post Office, or accounting offices. The data is neither sold nor lent to other entities.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
